Steve joined Colliers Tingey International in October 1982 as a sales associate specializing in industrial properties.  He became a shareholder in the firm in 1993.  He has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and has been awarded Top Performer honors 14 times and Salesperson of the Year in 2005.

Steve is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors(SIOR) and was President of the Southern California in 2002.  He currently serves on the board of Mid-State Development and is a member of the board of the Kern Economic Development Corporation.  Some of his other affiliations include the Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce and Boy Scouts of America.

Steve has leased or sold over 7.7 million square feet of warehouse space, 1,367 acres of land and sold 370,000 square feet of industrial investment properties over the past 20 years.  he has an established track record of co-representing tenants and landlords with some of the top brokers in the nation including Binswanger, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers Seeley, and Lee & Associates to name a few.
