William “Mark” Dolemba is a Senior Vice President serving as a key member within the Land Group of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler. Mark exclusively focuses on land brokerage and land related services primarily within the greater Chicago Metropolitan area, southeaster Wisconsin and Northwestern Indiana as well as the United States through the recently formed Colliers International Land Service Practice Group for which Mark serves as a steering committee member.
< Mark began his career with Colliers Bennett and Kahnweiler in 1989, initially focusing on industrial brokerage and business park representation. His experience sourcing new sites for business park development served as the foundation for the formation of the CBK Land Group with Greg Pacelli in 2001. Since then, Mark concentrates his entire work effort on raw, entitled, improved and redevelopment land for residential, retail, office, industrial, recreational and investment purposes. Mark is currently engaged to market a multi-state offering comprised of 11 parcels totaling approximately 4,085 acres located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, and Wisconsin. In 2005 Dolemba completed one of the largest land transactions in recent times when he sold 850 acres in Aurora and Sugar Grove to Kimball Hill Homes.
