Gregory J. Pacelli has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of industrial real estate and vacant land sales. Greg served as the Colliers International manager for the firm and is a past member of the Board of Directors of Colliers USA. Greg is also a past chairman of the Colliers USA Managers Steering Committee.
Consistently ranking among the top producers at Colliers, Bennett & Kahnweiler, Greg has, on several occasions, emerged as the firm’s highest producer for the entire sales force.

In addition, he was named among the top 25 producers nationally by REAL ESTATE TIMES (currently known as COMMERCIAL PROPERTY NEWS).
Among his civic activities, Greg has served 12 years as Alderman on the St. Charles City Council and is a past member of the St. Charles Planning Commission. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for Norris Cultural Arts Center and Director of Delnor-Community Hospital Capital Campaign. Greg is currently on the Board of Directors of Tri-City Family Services, Delnor Community Hospital and Board of Directors of the St. Charles Boys Baseball Organization.
