Dave is a Senior Vice President in the Office Advisory Group of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Inc. Dave is partnered with Principals Steve Kling and Francis Prock and specializes in the leasing and sales of suburban Chicago office properties. As part of the property marketing team, Dave is responsible for canvassing commercial properties in areas that feed the markets in which his client’s buildings are located. Through this effort he is involved in the maintenance of an extensive database of market intelligence, from both the tenant and building ownership perspective.
In the past 7 years Dave has been involved in over 200 transactions. These transactions represent a variety of experience in the representation of property owners. Dave was involved in three of the 10 largest suburban office transactions of 2007, including a 144,000-SF lease to Fenwal at Kemper Lakes Business Center.
Prior to Colliers B&K Dave spent 3 years at Grubb & Ellis Company.
