Anne has been in industrial/land real estate brokerage for the last six years. Prior to entering real estate, Anne had a fourteen-year career at Xerox Corporation in National Account Sales. While at Xerox, she achieved recognition for #1 in the county for sales in 1994, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999. In 2002 Anne joined CB Richard Ellis and focused on the Northern Cook County, Lake County and Southern Wisconsin markets. Now at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, Anne continues to focus on the Northern suburbs and Southern Wisconsin markets in assisting corporations, developers, and investors in the acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate. Her expertise is in traditional building sales and leasing, tenant representation and redevelopment opportunities. Ms. Dempsey graduated in 1987 from the University of Vermont with a degree in Political Science and History. In 1992, she received her Masters in Management (MBA) from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
