Tina Bennett joined Colliers Neely Dales as Marketing Manager in 1999 and transitioned into the role of Sales Associate in 2008. Her primary focus is on the leasing and sales of commercial properties throughout the Savannah area.

Tina's real estate career encompasses 9 years in marketing, research, graphic design and office building property management. She has worked along side all Colliers Neely Dales brokers to develop and implement in-house marketing strategies for a variety of properties including office, industrial, retail, investment and vacant land.

Tina is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and a native Savannahian. Tina possesses a strong commitment to personal service, a familiarity with owner and tenant relations, a working knowledge of all aspects of property management issues including budget reporting, large maintenance and repair projects, city requirements, and general office management issues.
