Rebecca specializes in the sale of commercial investment properties throughout the Midwest. She has participated in the successful closing of commercial real estate transactions totaling over $250 million in the past five years.

Career History
Rebecca has over 15 years of real estate investment experience and has worked on all types of transactions including investment sales, acquisitions, financing, structuring and negotiating of equity partnerships, loan restructuring and dispositions. Rebecca joined the Investment Services team at CTMT in 2001 after working for five years as a Senior Asset Manager for Mansur Investment Services in Indianapolis, Indiana. While with Mansur, Rebecca was responsible for a $200 million portfolio of office, retail and golf course properties located throughout the U.S. and London, England. Rebecca’s experience includes structuring, negotiating and closing transactions ranging from $5 to $65 million in size.
Prior to working at Mansur Investment Services, Rebecca worked in Stamford, Connecticut in the Finance Division of GE Capital and also as a commercial real estate appraiser for Moran & Associates, evaluating all types of commercial properties throughout the East Coast, ranging up to $150 million in value.
Major Transactions
Represented owners in the sale of $35 million retail portfolio with properties located in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Lousiville.
Assisted in the formulation of an exit strategy and the disposition of an 11-building portfolio of commercial properties throughout the U.S. totaling $110 million for NCB Bank.
Represented Carlyle Realty in the financing of a 500,000 square foot Class A office building in Indianapolis, Indiana with GE Capital for $45 million.
Represented an off-shore private investor in the acquisition of a 4-building office portfolio in London, England totaling over $50 million.
Led team for acquisition and redevelopment of the Curzon Theater, a $20 million mixed-use commercial and residential project in London, England on behalf of a private investor.
Represented developer in the sale of six-property portfolio of WalMart Supercenter strip centers located throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan with a value of $13.5 million.
Assisted in the $65 million partnership restructure for a Class A high-rise office property located in Indianapolis between Carlyle Realty and Mansur Investment Services.
