Colliers International (Ukraine) signed several agreements on leasing of the industrial space for logistic companies and for company specializing in energy management in April 2009.

Logistic company M&S Forwarding rented over 5,000 sqm in logistic complex BF Sklad (Martusovka village) in addition to their own space, due to the company expansion.

A well-known European logistic provider Raben rented 2,300 sqm in Prommash Brovary logistic complex (Brovary, Kyiv region).

Besides, the space of 1,500 sqm in logistic complex BF Sklad had been leased out to Schneider Electric – the global specialist in energy management – as a result of the deal the space class has been significantly  improved as well as the storage conditions.

Colliers International represented the Landlords in all the deals stated above.
