James Allwood has joined Colliers International in Spain as Director of the new Valuation Department. This incorporation strengthens our activity by being able to offer a high quality service, aimed at banks, funds, developers, institutions, property companies and private investors in order to provide to our clients real estate valuations with a complete vision of the property market.

The objective of this new business line is to offer a global and flexible service to investors, banks and developers, in order to provide tailor made property advice geared to individual client’s needs and requirements. We understand that valuation services are not purely about a figure but a complete and overall analysis of each project; our valuation expertise provides added value to our clients. With this purpose, our reports are written according to international regulations such as the RICS. The department is focused towards banking entities, international investment funds and the valuation of property portfolios.
