International property consultant, Colliers International, will be launching Kenny Heights Estate, a unique gated residential enclave located off Jalan Sri Hartamas in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The exhibition will be held from September 27-28, 2008 at The Regent Singapore.

Sitting on a 3.7-acre freehold land, Kenny Heights Estate forms part of the larger 88-acre integrated midtown development, otherwise known as Kenny Heights. The area is one of the most affluent suburbs in Kuala Lumpur, similar to Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Damansara Heights and Kenny Hills. All units will have a private lift, an individual garage and a 36-feet swimming pool located on the top floor.

Prices for Kenny Heights Estate start from approximately S$1.97 million (RM4.7 million). 30 units had already been snapped up at a private preview held recently in Kuala Lumpur.”

Apart from Kengo Kuma & Associates, Kenny Heights Estate is also designed by Arc Studio, a reputable Singapore architectural firm founded by Khoo Peng Beng and Belinda Huang. The development is well connected to the city centre via Kuala Lumpur’s main highways, including Western Traffic Dispersal Scheme (SPRINT) and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), among others.
