International property consultant, Colliers International has been appointed as the marketing agent to put up a light industrial development, First Centre, located at 50 Serangoon North Avenue 4 for strata sale.
Developed by First KNG Pte Ltd, First Centre is prominently located at the junction of Serangoon North Avenue 5 and Yio Chu Kang Road. It sits on a 60-year leasehold land (w.e.f. April 23, 2007). Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) is expected at the end of Year 2009.
The 10-storey industrial development has a total of 191 units, which comprises showrooms and a canteen on the ground floor and ramp-up units on the upper floors. Unit size ranges from 635 sq ft to 4,467 sq ft and majority of the units are column free with a loading capacity of up to 15 KN/m2.
