Colliers International was the first global real estate provider to enter the Serbian market immediately after the political changes that took place in November of 2000. After successfully establishing the head office in the capital, Belgrade, a new office was opened in Nis in 2004, as a result of the increased need for professional brokerage and property management services throughout Serbia. In 2008, Colliers International expanded further and opened a representative office in Novi Sad.
