Colliers Lanard & Axilbund’s (CL&A) South Jersey Office Division represented American Water Enterprises, Inc (AWE) in leasing 26,920 square feet of office space at 330 Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel, NJ.  American Water Enterprises will be relocating its corporate headquarters there.

The location is part of Liberty Walk at East Gate, an office park consisting of four Class-A office buildings.  Developed by Liberty Property Trust, 330 Fellowship Road is the region’s first LEED Gold certified office building and offers the region’s first commercial "green beltway" with more than a mile of interconnected walkways with brick patios, flowing ponds, fountains and sculptures.

American Water Enterprises was formed in January 2005, and brings together eight American Water non-regulated business units offering closely aligned services that supplement its core water and wastewater, and operations and maintenance contract businesses. These include services such as carbon regeneration, residuals management, service-line protection for customers, water and wastewater management for military bases, and highly innovative underground infrastructure replacement technology.

CL&A’s Senior Vice President, Jason Wolf, exclusively represented AWE in this transaction.  Liberty Property Trust, the developer and owner of 330 Fellowship Road, was represented in-house.
