Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has been awarded the leasing and management contract for the Gateway Commerce Center properties in Edwardsville, Ill.

The warehouses and distribution centers, some of which are jointly owned by Trammell Crow Co. and the Multi Employer Property Trust, encompass more than 2.6 million square feet.

Terry Stieve and Katie Haywood will be the lead brokers for leasing Gateway Distribution Centers I & II and Westway I, which collectively total 1.2 million square feet.

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represents Kennedy Associates, a full-service registered real estate investment adviser, which advises Multi Employer Property Trust, and Trammell Crow, a real estate developer and investor.

Headquartered in Seattle, Kennedy has $8.5 billion in real estate assets under management. Multi Employer Property Trust is a $4.6 billion real estate equity fund.

Trammell Crow Co. has developed or acquired more than 500 million square feet worth an estimated $50 billion.
