REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERKolte Patil forms JV with us firm to develop a residential project in Pune
As reported in Business Standard, Kolte Patil Developers on October 22, 2009 said that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with a subsidiary of US-based Portman Holdings LLC to develop a INR 275-crore residential project in Pune.
According to the filling to the Bombay Stock Exchange by Kolte Patil Developers, both the companies would hold 50 percent stake in the joint venture firm named Bellflower Properties Pvt Ltd.
