Colliers International is proud of its alliance with World Vision, as its Community Care Partner, to help communities lead a better life. Through this initiative, the Colliers International team has committed to work with World Vision on a number of projects with the key objective of making a difference to the future of the community. Besides the monetary contribution Colliers International recently undertook its first community project in the form of a one- day activity across each of the 4 cities, namely Delhi, Mumbai, Bangaloreand Chennai.
Participant teams from all the four operating offices visited a nearby public school to spend time with children and engage in the construction and maintenance work for the school premises. Participants engaged in activities such as cleaning classrooms, planting trees and painting walls & doors.
Here’s what some of our participants had to say about this fulfilling experience
“ The activity day consisted of painting classrooms of the community school at JSM Nagar and planting a few saplings. We had a really good time that day. It made us really feel nice seeing the smiling faces of the little kids. We would love to participate in many more of these activities like these to bring a smile to many more faces”.
“Just seeing the joy on the faces of children gave all of us such a great feeling of satisfaction”.
