This allows us to determine what debt structure options and terms that will be available for a particular asset within a very narrow range in advance of marketing the asset and/or entering escrow.
7. We have developed long-standing relationships with members of the MAI appraisal community which has earned us their trust in the information we provide them as well our interpretation of that information.
8. Through our knowledge, expertise and contacts we can match an investment asset (considering its price range, quality type, size, tenancy, condition and other relevant criteria) with the most logical and qualified local, statewide or national investors. 
9. Our team is committed to maximizing value for our clients. To achieve this, we complete our own financial due diligence investigation, develop an optimum marketing strategy for each assignment and determine property value through the preparation of very detailed pro forma valuations.  We focus on generating defensible assumptions and value conclusions that hold up under due diligence, appraisal and lender scrutiny.
10. Finally, the team coordinates every aspect of the process.  We stay totally involved through each phase of the transaction making every effort to preserve pricing and to ensure a successful close on behalf of our principal.
