ROSEMONT, IL – Steve Levitas, Senior Vice President with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler’s Office AdviAimsory Group, represented Water Street Healthcare Partners in a 14,198-square-foot office renewal and expansion at 333 W. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL.   The building is currently owned by Hines.

Founded in 2005, Water Street Healthcare Partners is a leading private equity firm focused exclusively on the health care industry.  With more than $1 billion of capital under management, the firm is one of the most active investors in the health care industry. 333 W. Wacker Drive is an 867,821-square-foot, Class A building constructed in 1983.  It is currently 93.5% leased.  Water Street currently occupies space on the 16^th floor of the building.  With the firm’s continued growth, it initiated this transaction to, expand its office space and relocate to the 28^th floor of the Building.
