ROSEMONT, IL— Four new associates have joined the Industrial Brokerage Group of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. (Colliers B&K), bringing additional focus to the I-290, Lake County, I-55 Corridor, and Central DuPage submarkets. All four are based in the firm’s Rosemont, IL office.
“Despite the current economic downturn, we have confidence in the market and its eventual recovery.  There is no reason to stop investing in the continued growth of our company as long as it makes sense for our clients.  We will actively seek opportunities to bolster our brokerage group in areas where we feel a need,” said David R. Kahnweiler, SIOR, Chairman and CEO.
Michael D. Brown, 22, has joined the firm to work alongside Steven A. Kohn, SIOR. He will concentrate on industrial sales and leasing primarily in the I-290 market.  Brown received his Bachelor of General Studies majoring in Communications from Kansas University. He currently resides in Highland Park, IL.
Ned G. Frank, 23, a recent graduate of Indiana University, joined Colliers B&K to focus on industrial sales and leasing primarily in the Lake County market.  Frank will work closely with company Principal, Jack H. Rosenberg, SIOR and Vice President Frederick L. Regnery.  He recently moved to Chicago, IL.
John M. Hamilton, 36, joined the firm’s Industrial Services Group to work with Senior Vice President Thomas C. Condon.  Prior to Colliers B&K Hamilton experienced a great deal of success as Senior Vice President at BTI Communications in telecommunication sales. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University where he lettered all four years in gymnastics and had the honor of training for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. 
Tyler R. Lenczuk, 23, a recent graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, joined Colliers B&K’s Rosemont office to work with industry veteran James R. Estus. His focus will be industrial sales and leasing primarily in the I-55 and Central DuPage markets. He is a native and current resident of Barrington, IL.
