This represents a full-building lease. This facility features 10 interior docks, eight exterior docks, and three drive-in doors. Field Packaging Group was represented by Sally Macoicz with Cushman & Wakefield.
James R. Estus, SIOR, Executive Vice President; and Brian W. Kling, Vice President, represented owner Falcon Real Estate Investment Trust in a 106,461-square-foot lease renewal with Liquid Container L.P. at 1155 Harvester in West Chicago, IL. Founded in 1966, Liquid Container designs and manufacturers custom packaging and stock containers primary for the food / beverage, automotive, and consumer products segments. Located in the Fox Valley industrial market, 1155 Harvester Drive is a 212,922-square-foot warehouse building constructed in 1983. Liquid Container was represented by Britt Casey and Steve Vanderklok with Cushman & Wakefield.

Located in Glendale Lakes Business Park, 140 W. Lake Drive is a 25,414-square-foot free-standing manufacturing building constructed in 1994. It is currently owned by AMB Property Corporation, which was self-represented in this transaction.
