Rosemont, IL

 Brian W. Kling, Vice President with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc.’s (Colliers B&K) Industrial Services Group, represented Cook’s Direct in a new 18,626-square-foot long-term lease at 27725 W. Diehl Road, Warrenville, Illinois. The building, located in Cantera Office Park, is owned by Globe Corporation. 

Cook’s Direct, a manufacturer and distributor of heavy-duty restaurant equipment and kitchen supplies, is doubling its space from the 10,000 square feet it previously occupied in Lisle, Illinois.  The company is expected to occupy the new facility in April 2009. 

27725 W. Diehl Road is a 97,640-square-foot warehouse/manufacturing building constructed in 1996.   It features 24’ clear ceiling height.  The space leased by Cook’s Direct has 8,000 square feet of office space, two exterior docks, and one drive-in door.
