Brian W. Kling, Vice President; and Tyler R. Lenczuk, Associate, both with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc.’s (Colliers B&K) Industrial Services Group, represented American Diagnostics Medicine, Inc. (ADM) in a 18,400-square-foot new lease at 512 Kingsland Drive, Batavia, Illinois. The 177,600-square-foot building is located in Batavia Industrial Center and the current owner is Liberty Property Trust.  

Founded in 1984, ADM provides state of the art imaging technologies to facilities across the United States. More than two decades later, ADM is at the forefront of diagnostic medicine, providing comprehensive solutions in nuclear medicine, PET, CT, and MRI.  ADM required additional space and will be relocating from 960 Industrial Drive in Elmhurst, IL.   In addition to the flex/manufacturing space, the suite leased by ADM also features 10,000 square feet of office area.
