Pinnacle Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) is a highly focused cross-border developer of modern logistics warehousing. The company, owned by its founders and the leading international investment bank and financial services firm, Merrill Lynch & Co, is engaged in real estate investment, development and asset management business.
In 2007 Colliers completed a thorough market research assignment for Pinnacle of the logistics and industrial segment in Bulgaria. The study covered the entire country and analyzed the market conditions for the development of contemporary warehousing facilities. The research included legal procedures, construction costs, supply, demand, and current inventory of contemporary warehouse premises. The results were included in the country due diligence process, resulting eventually in Pinnacle’s decision to enter the Bulgarian market.
