The Black Sea Property Fund is an investment company formed to access the Bulgarian property market, and is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Under a mandate for strategic advisory, Colliers represented the Fund in sourcing a partner and negotiating a joint venture for the construction of a holiday homes project on the Black Sea coast.
In the agreed partnership, the developer committed to meeting the requested schedule and quality levels for construction and finishing works of the Nikea Park project. This project is located in the Golden Sands resort near Varna and comprises 155 apartments with additional amenities and services. Colliers secured the optimal conditions for BSPF, including the possibility for mezzanine financing of the project and full control over the sales process.
