The mayor of Varna, Kiril Yordanov, and Mario Zahariev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FairPlay Commercial, participated in the opening of the first building of Logistics Park Varna (LPV) - Building A1. This is the first operational building in the complex, offering high-quality contemporary warehouses, administrative offices and retail space.

Building A1 in Logistics Park Varna is of mixed type - warehouse and office. It has a footprint of 5,114 m2 and TBA of 6,405 m2 (incl. 5,060 m2 of warehouses, 385 m2 of retail space and 960 m2 of office areas) and is located in the southeast part of LPV. Among the first tenants of Logistics Park Varna are international and Bulgarian companies, operating in a wide range of industries such as pharmaceutical, food distribution, spedition services, and more.

Located in the Western Industrial Zone in Varna on the Black Sea coast, Logistics Park Varna has a total build-up area of more than 120,000 m2, including high-quality warehouse space, administrative offices, and wholesale outlets. Logistics Park Varna provides ready-to-use warehousing space for rent. All buildings are professionally planned for maximum flexibility and facilitated expansion. In addition to standard warehouse space, Logistics Park Varna will provide specialized premises, including cold store and optional cross-docking facilities.
