Our Capital Markets group has extensive professional experience in structuring innovative financing for projects including retail, office, industrial, warehouse, apartments and hotels. We arrange financing through correspondent lenders, insurance companies, credit companies, pension funds, Wall Street conduits, commercial and savings banks as well as other hard to find sources.

The department has over twenty-five years of experience in structuring conventional mortgage financing, construction loans, construction/permanent loans, forward and permanent loans, joint venture structuring, sale-leaseback transactions, equity/mezzanine transactions and securitized and conduit financing.
