Before joining Arco Vara in April 2006, Avo Rõõmussaar worked for nearly 10 years in the public sector, Estonian Tax and Customs Board, moving from different positions up to the Deputy Director General, being in charge of Services. Avo Rõõmussaar has graduated from Estonian National Defense Academy Customs College and has obtained the bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School.
