Atlanta Journal-Constitution signed a three-year deal to sublease the Perimeter Center at 223 Perimeter Center Parkway in Atlanta.
The six-story, 127,823-square-foot office building was built 1978 in the Central Perimeter submarket, across from the Dunwoody Marta station.
AJC is moving from its current space at 72 Marietta St. in Downtown Atlanta in January 2010.
Robert Mathews and Fred Sheats of Colliers Spectrum Cauble represented the landlord. John Shlesinger of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
