Colliers International Awarded as the Facilities Management Company of the Year in 2009 

Colliers International proudly announced that the company has been awarded as the Facilities Management Company of the Year in 2009 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Technologies Awards.

Frost & Sullivan has held the Awards for four consecutive years.  It includes 33 award titles, which identify and credit best practices in Industrial Process Control, Electronics & Security, Energy & Power Systems, Chemical, Materials and Food, Measurement & Instrumentation and Environment & Building Technologies industries.

The selection process for the Facilities Management Company of the Year included quantification of market factors of contestants based on predetermined criteria by analysts, interviews with industry professionals and end-users, and secondary data research.  Industry rankings were then determined by formulated criteria. 

Colliers is ranked No. 1 among all contestants for the Facilities Management Company of the Year award.  The company is recognised for its competitive strategy, which has yielded significant gains in market share and market presence.
