Jim Allen’s area of expertise focuses on resolving the real estate needs and requirements of Office and Medical Office tenants and owners. He works closely with owners, managers, administrators, facility, planning departments, physicians and real estate departments to secure cost effective facility solutions.
His clients typically face issues of growth, consolidation, technology or equipment changes, inflexible landlords, staff, client and/or patient logistical considerations. Clients also face work issues, escalating operating and occupancy costs, parking constraints and frequently require non-typical or specialized build-out.

Throughout his 20 year commercial real estate career in Southwest Florida, Jim has been fortunate to work with a number of local, regional, national and international Office tenants and owners. Assignments have ranged from land/site assemblage for build-to-suits, tenant renewal and relocations, lease termination and acquisition and disposition.
Selected clients would include: Bankers Insurance Co., GTE/Verizon, MacDill Credit Union, Petry Media, Vitality Beverages, Computer Generated Solutions, McCain Citrus and Time Warner.
In addition to office clients, Jim focuses on serving the needs and requirements of Medical Office Tenants, Users and Owners. He enjoys an exceptional insight to the nuances of the healthcare submarket including Stark compliance, hospital relationships, equity participation models, CONS regional demographic change and growth.
With over 2 million square feet of Medical Build-to-Suits, tenant representation, agency leasing and facility acquisition and disposition experience, Jim is uniquely qualified to serve and assist medical and healthcare owners and users with their real estate requirements.
