Jeff Tolrud is a Managing Director with Colliers providing tenant and office building representation services to clients in the Tampa Bay area along with private equity asset sales of retail and office buildings. Jeff’s experience has resulted in an extremely comprehensive grasp of the entire real estate development process, which translates into a direct benefit to his clients. During his more than 25+ year career in commercial real estate in the Tampa marketplace, he has completed over 7.8 million square feet in transactions with a value of over $318,000,000. He has held various positions in marketing and management capacities in real estate and developed a detailed understanding of real estate development including build-to-suits, along with securing fee income business for third party management contracts, sales and acquisitions of investment property and complete marketing plans for office, industrial and retail projects. Jeff’s owner representation experience has ranged from institutional pension fund and insurance company investments to private equity and joint venture relationships.

Prior to joining Colliers Arnold, Jeff was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis specializing in office brokerage and was previously the Director of Leasing for Highwoods Properties in Tampa and consistently the top performer for five years in this Division as the largest office landlord in Tampa.

Graduate of Principia College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration
Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, CCIM designation. Only 6% of the commercial real estate practitioners in the United States hold this designation which requires over 240 hours of graduate level study.

During 1999, 2000 and 2001, Jeff gained a Top 5 ranking of the largest office leases completed within the Tampa Bay market, as reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
In 1990 he was awarded the “Multimillionaires Club Award” and “Most Improved Performance” award out of 17 nationwide divisions at The Vantage Companies, which was a Top 5 nationally ranked developer.
He has been responsible for leasing three (3) of the largest thirteen office parks within the State of Florida.
Jeff has been awarded the CoStar Power Broker of 2005 & 2006.
He has also received the 2005 Pinnacle Award as a Top Producer - General Brokerage & Retail Investment and 2006 Pinnacle Award as #2 Top Producer from Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors.
