Abbe’s extensive experience in community and civic service distinguishes her among real estate professionals advising clients about economic development issues, government approval processes and property management. She is a founding member of Colliers Land Practice Group and its Steering Committee, and is a member of Colliers Life Science Practice Group. Working primarily in Indiana, Abbe has been involved in over 250 closed land transactions. Since 1999, Abbe has been the leading broker in land transactions with total volume exceeding $150,000,000.

Major Transactions
Abbe was the exclusive real estate broker for the following:
• 62 acres located at US 31 North and 146th Street in Carmel, Indiana purchased by Lauth Property Group for development of Clay Terrace, a 520,000 SF lifestyle center.
• 92 acres located on County Road 100 North in Avon, Indiana purchased by Clarian Health for development of an in-patient hospital and medical center.
• 210 acres located at I-465 and West 71st Street in Indianapolis sold to Lauth Property Group for development of INTECH Park, a business park targeting technology related companies.
• 8 acres located at River Crossing in Indianapolis, sold to Columbia Sussex Corporation for development of a 250-room Marriott full-service hotel.
• 17 acres located on Cumberland Road in Noblesville, Indiana sold to Mainstreet Property Group for development of senior care housing.
